The skatepark is east of the rec cetre, across the soccer pitch. It's a bit of a trek from the rec centre parking lot across the gravel soccer pitch. If walking, riding,or skating, go down the sidewalk on Maclure Road, there is an opening in the fence at the skatepark (no parking or stopping zone).
