Banff Skatepark Closed for 09

Apparently the Banff skatepark won't be opening this year. It seems the arena is being renovataed and the skatepark space is being used for storage. There is a possibility that some of the ramps could be moved to another site in Banff details here as soon as they are confirmed.

Behind the rec centre on Norquay Road, the western entrance to the town of Banff

Parking

Lots of parking adjacent to the skatepark in the arena parking lot.

Park Type :

Steel frame with Skate Lite surface.

25000 sq ft, was used for the 2002 Slam City Jam
